美国以卓越教师为导向的职前教师教育项目——以斯坦福大学STEP项目为例

摘要 斯坦福大学STEP项目是全美排名前三的职前教师教育项目,80%的斯坦福STEP项目毕业生在毕业五年内仍从事教育工作,远高于全国范围内50%的留任率。同时,大多斯坦福STEP项目的毕业生服务与低收入社区的学校。分析其教师教育课程设置与培养特点,对我国高校职前教师教育项目的课程设置和培养理念有重要的借鉴意义。
