从国外立法看图书馆理事会的定位与职权

Review of the Orientation and Function of the Library Council from the Perspective of Foreign Law

目前,图书馆理事会制度在美国、英国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚等国家已经得到了普遍采用。这一制度的建立通常是以各国图书馆法或相关法律为依据。文章依据《国外图书馆法律选编》梳理了国外图书馆法律条文中对理事会定位和职权等内容的规定,研究探讨了其对我国探索建立理事会制度提供的有益经验。

At present,the library council system has been widely adopted in the United States,UK,Japan,South Korea,Australia and other countries.The establishment of this system is usually based on national library laws or relevant laws.Based on the Foreign Library Law Selections,the paper analyzes the provisions of the laws and regulations of foreign libraries on the orientation and function of the council,and studies and discusses its beneficial experiences in the establishment of the library council in China.
