摘要
针对市场上无皮革基质六价铬阳性标准样品销售的现状,结合蓝湿皮复鞣工艺及皮革中六价铬含量测试方法,对六价铬阳性皮革样品的制备方法进样了研究。结果表明:通过添加不同量葡萄糖还原重铬酸钾溶液得到含有六价铬的铬鞣液,采用自制的铬鞣液对蓝湿皮分别进行复鞣,可得到不同浓度水平六价铬阳性皮革样品。该方法可制备不同浓度水平的皮革基质六价铬阳性样品,对皮革基质六价铬阳性标准样品的制备工作及皮革六价铬检测工作中的质量控制具有广泛的实用及借鉴意义。
Preparation of the Cr6+positive leather sample were studied with retanning technology of wet blue and the determination of Cr6+in leather for no sale of Cr6+positive leather sample in markets.Research indicates:Different samples of Cr6+positive leather sample was got by adding different content of glucose to reduce the solution of potassium dichromate.This method can be used to prepare Cr6+positive leather sample with different contents of leather which can be used for reference in the preparation of Cr6+positive leather standard leather matrix samples and Quality control of inspection work.
