摘要
对工业汽轮机末级动叶片的成形难点、锻模设计、开坯方案进行了介绍,并利用Deform-3D软件构建了有限元分析模型,对成形工艺参数进行对比分析及优化,制定出最佳末级动叶片成形工艺。结果表明,数值模拟数据可靠,模具结构设计合理。
This paper describes.the forgingdifficuties,forgingdie design and coggingschemeof the last stage moving blade of the industrialsteam ttlrbine.Byusing the Deform-3Dfinite element analysis model,the process parainetera are analyzedand optimized,and the best blade formingprocess is established.The results showthat the numericalsimulation data is more reliable and the die structure design is reasonable.
