摘要
为探寻电动汽车空调涡旋压缩机中油气分离规律,利用FLUENT软件对不同进口方式和不同进口速度下的油气分离器进行了数值模拟,先用RNGκ-ε模型计算连续相的压缩气体,得到分离器内旋转流场的流线、压力及速度分布规律,再用DPM模型加入离散相的液态油滴进行计算,得到了油气分离效率。对比分析两相流场的模拟结果,得到入口方向和进口速度对分离效率的影响规律,为油气分离器的优化设计提供了理论依据。
To explore the regular of oil and gas separation of an air conditional compressor for electric automobile,in order to achieve the goal,at first,utilize fluid analysis software Fluent to carry out numerical simulation under the condition of di.erent inlet ways and inlet velocities,and then,RNGκ-εmodel is used to calculate the compressed gas of continuous phrase,and the flow,pressure and velocity distributions of the rotating flow field in the separator were obtained,further,the DPM model is used to calculated the oil and gas separation efficiency when discrete phase liquid droplets is added.The simulation results of the twophase flow field are compared and the influence of inlet direction and inlet velocity on separation efficiency is obtained,Which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of oil and gas separators.
