新型热泵干燥系统的研究及试验验证 被引量:13

摘要 为了在低温低湿环境下推广应用热泵干燥系统,作者设计研发了一种新型热泵干燥系统。对新型热泵干燥系统和闭路热泵干燥系统做了对比分析,并对骏枣做了新型热泵干燥试验验证。结果表明:相对于制冷工质为R32、R134a、R290的闭路式热泵干燥系统,新型热泵干燥系统的小时耗电量分别降低了9.73,8.78和9.31 k W。在8℃环境条件下,干燥室温度在2 h内达到56℃的目标值,制热效率约为2.45,除湿能耗比约为1.64 kg/(k W·h)。相对于燃煤烤房,该系统干燥得1t干枣降低了37.7元。为热泵干燥技术在低温寒冷地区的工程应用推广提供了技术支持。 For promotion of application of heat pump dryer in low-temperature and low-humidity environment,the paper developed a novel heat pump dryer.The comparison between the system and the closed loop heat pump drying system was made under different refrigerant,and drying experiment of Jun Jujube was carried out on the novel heat pump dryer.The results are as follows:Compared with closed loop heat pump drying system that its refrigerant is R32,R134a and R290,respectively,the power consumption of the system was reduced by 9.73,8.78 and 9.31 kW,respectively.The temperature of the drying chamber raise to 56℃in 2 h at 8℃ambient condition.Coefficient of performance is about 2.45,and specific moisture extraction rate is about 1.64 kg/(kW·h).Compared with coal fired barn,the per kg dried Jun Jujubes in heat pump dryer decrease¥37.7.It provides technical support for the engineering application of heat pump drying technology in cold and cold regions.
