摘要
进入21世纪,快速的城市化和全球化进程带来了一系列城市问题。在我国,"退二进三"使得老工业区如今成为工业遗产集中区——工业遗产的大量涌现对当代中国无疑是一项挑战。对于工业遗产集中区可持续管理问题,遗产评估与策略生成是相关工作的第一步。应用城市历史景观方法,从整体性、动态性、特异性角度提出了针对此类城区的评估要点,并结合这些要点构建了评估流程以及评估与策略生成体系。本体系构建旨在提供一种一体化、动态性、多学科交叉的工业遗产评估与策略生成方案,通过对城市历史景观方法在老工业区的应用,推动工业遗产可持续管理。这一实践思路或可启发相关工作者最终取得工业遗产保护与发展的平衡。
In the21st century,rapid urbanization and globalisation have been bringing about a series of urban problems.The industrial structural transformation in China turns many former industrial districts into industrial heritage concentrations,while the mass industrial heritage sites is definitely a challenge for the country.To manage industrial heritage concentrations sustainably,we should first assess the heritage sites and generate corresponding strategies for them.Applying the Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)approach,the paper highlights an integrated,dynamic and specific way of assessment and articulates its key points.Assessment process is then formed and assessment&strategy generating system constructed.This paper aims to provide a holistic,dynamic and inter-disciplinary solution for industrial heritage assessment and strategy generating,and apply the HUL approach to achieve the sustainable management of industrial heritage sites and their concentrations.This new practical trial may inspire industrial heritage professionals to achieve the balance between conservation and development in this field.
