摘要
以吡咯喹啉醌(pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)为试验对象,研究了机插与直播2种栽培模式下PQQ对水稻产量构成及主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:直播模式下,PQQ处理对结实性状影响显著,与对照相比每穗实粒数增加13.06粒,每穗空粒数减少10.36粒,结实率增加15.00%,理论产量增加了21.13%;但机插模式下PQQ处理对产量及其构成因素没有显著影响;机插和直播模式下PQQ处理后收获指数与对照差异均不显著;直播模式下PQQ处理对株高及成穗率也没有显著影响。
Pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ)were used as the test object,the effects of PQQ on the yield components and main agronomic characters of rice in the two cultivation modes of machine inserting and direct seeding were studied.The test results showed that in the direct seeding model,the effect of PQQ treatment on seed setting rate was significant,in compared with the control,the filled grain number per panicle increased by13.06,the empty grain number per panicle reduced by10.36,the seed setting rate increased by15%,the oretical yield increased by21.13%;but PQQ treatment has no significant influence on the yield and its components in the mode of rice machine inserting;there was no significant difference in the harvest index after PQQ treatment compared with the control in the two cultivation modes of machine inserting and direct seeding.There was no significant effect of PQQ treatment on plant height and percentage of earbearing tiller in the model of rice direct seeding.
