摘要
水稻稻曲病不仅仅威胁水稻生产,还会威胁人畜安全和生态环境。试验从水稻田土壤中分离生防菌株,经筛选得到了对水稻稻曲病菌的生长有抑制作用的拮抗菌株B-7。通过K-B纸片扩散法测定了的抑菌活性为72.0%,经16S r DNA测序比对,初步鉴定拮抗菌B-7为蜡质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),对稻曲病的田间防效到达了63.9%。研究为水稻稻曲病的生物防治提供了一个切实可行的应用途径,为水稻有机生产技术体系的构建提供了有力补充。
The rice false smut is not only a threat to rice production,but also to the safety of human and livestock as well as ecological environment.Bacterial strains were isolated from the samples taken from paddy soils.The strain B-7with strong antagonistic activities was selected and showed72.0%growth inhibition to Ustilaginoidea virens using K-B method.Hyphae of Ustilaginoidea virens not grew after inhibited.Based on gene sequence analysis of16S rDNA,the strain B-7was identified as Bacillus cereus.This study has certain reference value for the control of rice false smut.
