摘要
利用海洋遥感技术获得大量海洋环境输入数据,可极大地促进船舶与海洋工程学科的发展。介绍我国海洋遥感卫星及卫星监测的现状,包括对海表温度、海洋水色、海冰灾害、绿潮灾害、赤潮灾害及海上溢油、海上台风等参数的监测;同时,简要介绍我国遥感技术的发展方向。未来需发展海洋实时观测技术,提高海洋遥感信息提取技术及海洋遥感数据应用水平;应用互联网技术和云计算开发,建立云环境下的海洋数据库网络及海洋大数据平台,通过海洋大数据收集、储存、运算和分析,促进海洋数据共享。
Remote sensing technologies used in obtaining marine environmental input data has contributed greatly to the development of naval architecture and ocean engineering.This paper introduces the status of remote sensing satellites and the ocean monitoring with satellites in China,including monitoring of sea surface temperature,ocean color,sea ice disaster,green tide disaster,red tide disaster,offshore oil spill,typhoons at sea and so on.At the same time,the future development of ocean remote sensing technology is discussed.The real-time ocean monitoring technology is going to be developed and the remote sensing information extraction and data application will be improved.Taking the advantages of Internet technology and cloud computation,the cloud-based ocean database network and big data platform can be established.Thus the ocean data sharing can be realized through big data collection,storage,computing and analysis.
