政府助推区域特色文化产业——以甘肃省定西市建设“陇中特色文化大市”为例

The government promotes the regional characteristic culture industry——A Case Study on the Construction of "Longzhong Characteristic Cultural Market" in Dingxi City, Gansu Province

特色文化产业,是一种被誉为朝阳产业和绿色产业的新兴经济发展模式。近年来,随着文化体制改革的不断深入和产业结构的转型升级,定西市特色文化产业的发展已经成为全市发展的重要环节。不过,目前定西特色文化产业的发展尚处于初级阶段,政府推动文化产业发展也处于尝试阶段和摸索状态。以定西市建设"陇中特色文化大市"为例,提出政府应在文化产业发展中坚持产业间融合发展的新理念,通过强化扶持政策、健全市场体系、优化发展环境、提升发展活力等举措,以充分发挥政府的重要作用,使特色文化产业的发展成为全市经济发展新亮点。

The characteristic culture industry is a new mode of economic development which is honored as a sunrise industry and a green industry.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the cultural system reform and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,the development of the special cultural industries in Dingxi City has become an important link in the development of the city.However,the current development of Dingxi culture industry is still in its infancy.The government is also trying its best to promote the development of the culture industry.Taking Dingxi City"Longzhong Culture with Characteristic Market"as an example,it puts forward that the government should insist on the new concept of inter-industry integration and development in the development of cultural industry,strengthen the supportive policies,improve the market system,optimize the development environment and enhance the development vigor,to give full play to the important role of the government so that the development of characteristic cultural industries has become a new bright spot in the city's economic development.
