摘要 学前教育是我国国民教育体系中最基本的环节,是国民整体素质的基石。我国学前教育财政体制几经变迁,现虽已形成了较适合我国国情的现行学前教育财政体制,但仍存在投入不够、资金分配不均、各级政府责任、学前教育市场混乱等不足。要完善相关体制,宜从扩大学前教育的供给、制定合理的补助标准、合理划分管理责任、履行政府监督责任等方面入手,让财政资金更好地促进我国学前教育健康发展。 Pre-school education is the most basic link in our national education system and the cornerstone of the overall quality of the people.Although the financial system of pre-school education in our country has been changed several times,the present pre-school education financial system that is more suitable for our national conditions has emerged.However,there are still some problems such as insufficient investment,uneven distribution of funds,government responsibility at all levels and confusion in preschool education market.To improve the relevant system,we should start with expanding the supply of pre-school education,setting reasonable subsidy standards,rationally dividing management responsibilities,and fulfilling the responsibility of government supervision so that financial funds can better promote the healthy development of preschool education in our country.
