文山州烤烟生产地膜适宜厚度筛选研究

Screening of Appropriate Film Thickness for Flue-Cured Tobacco Production in Wenshan

为探索文山烟区烤烟生产地膜的适宜厚度,采用同田对比试验,就不同厚度地膜的揭膜难易程度、使用成本、物理特征等进行了分析。结果表明:0.006、0.007 mm地膜易断裂残留于土壤中,且不易捡拾,0.008 mm及以上地膜断裂情况明显减少;0.006 mm地膜用量及均价分别为5 kg/667m^2、70元/667m^2,随着地膜厚度的增加,地膜的使用量及均价也随之增加;地膜覆盖后会出现不同程度变薄;透光率与地膜厚度无相关关系;地膜的拉伸负荷及断裂伸长率均随地膜厚度增加而变大。综合而言,0.008 mm厚的地膜使用成本适中,且能有效减少白色污染。

In order to explore the appropriate mulching film thickness for flue-cured tobacco production in Wenshan,this comparative experiment in the same field was made on the difficulty of film uncovering,the cost and the physical characteristics of the film with different thickness.The results showed that0.006mm-thick and0.007mm-thick films were easy to break in the soil and not easy to pick up,0.008mm-thick and above film’s broken condition was significantly reduced;the0.006mm-thick film’s use amount and price per hm2were75kg and1050yuan respectively,and the use amount and price per hm2also increase,with the increase of the film thickness;and the film’s thickness became thinner to varying degrees after covering,there is no correlation between the light transmittance and the thickness of the film,and the tensile load and the elongation at break both increased as the film thickness increased.To sum up,the0.008mm-thick film with the appropriate cost could effectively reduce the white pollution.
