The Practice and Thinking of Science and Technology Innovation to Support the Supply-Side Structural Reform——Take Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

通过分析科技创新对农业供给侧结构性改革的基本作用,湖南省农科院以科技创新推进农业供给侧结构性改革的基本情况,提出了以科技创新支撑引领农业供给侧结构性改革的几点建议。

Through the analysis of the technical innovation to the fundamental role of the agricultural supply side structural reform,and the fundamental state of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side with scientific and technological innovation,some suggestions are put forward to guide the structural reform of agricultural supply side with the support of scientific and technological innovation.
