摘要
近年来,在"走出去"中国大战略背景下,中国企业海外并购风起云涌,而并购后如何有效的整合和管控海外并购企业一直是大家比较关注的课题。作者结合自身海外工作经历简要描述了自身企业并购初期面临的主要问题及挑战,针对在整合过程中如何与海外企业达成目标一致,如何利用双方有利资源、优势及平台,实现效益、效率以及效果最大化的目标等诸多方面提出实战经验及个人见解,为正在准备海外并购的中国企业以及已经实现并购的企业提供些许参考及借鉴。
In recent years,under the background of China's"going global"strategy,the overseas merger and acquisition of Chinese enterprises surged up.How to effectively integrate and control overseas mergers and acquisitions has been a topic of attention.Combined with his own work experience overseas,the author briefly describes the main problems and challenges in the initial period of the merger and acquisition.Aiming at how to achieve the same goal with overseas enterprises in the process of integration,how to make full use of the beneficial resources,advantages and platforms of the two sides to achieve the goals of maximization of efficiency and effectiveness,the author has put forward practical experience and personal views.It provides some reference for Chinese enterprises that are preparing for overseas mergers and acquisitions as well as enterprises that have already realized mergers and acquisitions.
