摘要
通过塑料纸的回收再利用,降低轮胎生产成本。通过对斜裁宽胶片塑料纸的回收利用的可行性分析,对设备进行改造。用西门子PLC作为逻辑控制器,利用等差数列公式建立塑料纸卷曲直径、扭矩等计算模型,并应用三菱变频器扭矩控制设计出胶片塑料纸剥离卷曲控制设备及控制方法。经实践证明该方案具有较好的控制效果。
The cost of tire production is reduced by recycling and reuse of plastic paper.Through the feasibility analysis of the recovery and utilization of the slanted and wide plastic sheet paper,the equipment is reformed.Using SIEMENS PLC as the logic controller,the calculation model of the diameter and torque of the plastic paper roll is set up by the arithmetic formula.And using the torque control of MITSUBISHI inverter,the control equipment and method of sheet plastic paper stripping curl are designed.
