摘要
研究了新型低滞后HM-G411炭黑替代N330对硫化胶的物理机械性能及生热的影响。结果表明,随着HM-G411炭黑替代N330的量不断增加,T_(10)略有增加同时T_(90)、M_H-M_L均增大;HM-G411补强效果要差于N330;扯断伸长率也要差于N330;100%定伸应力、200%定伸应力、300%定伸应力有所增大;邵尔A硬度、动态压缩永久变形影响不大;硫化胶损耗因子有所减小,在N330/HM-G411配比为12/36时硫化胶tanδ达到最低值。
In this paper,the effect of a new low hysteresis HM-G411carbon black on the physical/mechanical properties and the heat of the vulcanizate instead of N330were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of HM-G411carbon black replacing N330,T10increased slightly and both T90and MH-ML increased;The strengthening effect of HM-G411is less than that of N330;The elongation at break are worse than N330;100%extension stress,200%fixed extension stress and300%extension stress have been increased;The effect of Shore A hardness and dynamic compression permanent deformation is little;Loss factor of vulcanizate decreased,when the ratio of N330/HM-G411is12/36,the tanδof vulcanizate reaches the lowest value.
