摘要
PC/MBS合金熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、冲击强度和维卡软化温度的变化与MBS树脂中橡胶含量的多少相关。实验表明:MBS树脂中橡胶含量增加,合金的拉伸强度和维卡软化温度均降低,而冲击强度增大;实验中改变MBS树脂的树脂用量及其橡胶含量可以调节合金的流动性;橡胶含量为30%的MBS树脂可以很好地提高PC/MBS合金的冲击强度。
The change of flow rate,tensile strength,impact strength and Vicat softening temperature of PC/MBS alloy is related to the content of rubber in MBS resin.Experimental results show that the increase of rubber content in MBS resin,the tensile strength and Vicat softening temperature are decreased,while the impact strength increased;The fluidity of the alloy can be adjusted by changing the amount of resin and rubber content of MBS resin;MBS resin with30%rubber content can improve the impact strength of PC/MBS alloy.
