摘要
公示语翻译是外宣工作的重要组成部分之一,对树立城市良好形象、扩大城市国际影响力、促进中国文化"走出去"具有重要意义。但是,目前公示语翻译仍然存在许多问题,应提高译者水平、树立受众服务意识、建立常见公示语语料库、设立专门的公示语翻译研究机构、对公示语标牌的生产流程加以监管等,不断促进公示语标准化,更好地服务国家对外传播的需求。
The translation of public signs is one of the important components of the publicity work and is of great significance in establishing a good image of the city, expanding the international influence of the city and promoting the "going global" of Chinese culture. However, there are still many problems in the current translation of public signs.Therefore, in translating public signs,we should improve the translator's quality,establish the awareness of audience service, build a corpus of common public signs, set up a special institution for public sign translation and supervise the production process of public signs so as to enhance the standardization of public signs and to meet the demand of better serving the country's external communication.
