摘要
先采用体积分数为0%~40%的乙酸卡比醇酯溶液对ABS塑料进行溶胀,再采用无铬KMnO_4-H_2SO_4-PO_4^(3-)体系进行微蚀,最后进行化学镀镍(配方和工艺条件为:NiSO_4·6H_2O 28 g/L,NaH_2PO_2·H_2O 32 g/L,柠檬酸15 g/L,CH_3COONa·3H_2O 15 g/L,KIO_3 1 mg/L,pH 5.0±0.2,温度75℃,时间40~60 min)。研究了乙酸卡比醇酯体积分数、pH、温度及溶胀时间对ABS塑料微蚀效果的影响,得到溶胀的最佳工艺条件为:乙酸卡比醇酯体积分数30%,pH=4.0,温度35℃,时间5 min。在该工艺条件下溶胀后,再在70℃下微蚀10 min,ABS的表面水接触角为29.36°,化学镀可得到平整光滑、黏合强度为1.02 kN/m的镍镀层。
ABS plastic was swelled in a solution of0-40vol.%2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate,etched slightly with a chromium-free KMnO4-H2SO4-PO3-4solution,and electrolessly plated with nickel in a bath containing NiSO4·6H2O28g/L,NaH2PO2·H2O32g/L,citric acid15g/L,CH3COONa·3H2O15g/L,and KIO31mg/L at temperature75°C and pH5.0±0.2for40-60min.The effects of volume fraction of2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate,pH,temperature and swelling time on slight etching efficiency of ABS plastic were studied.The swelling process conditions were optimized as follows:2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate30%,temperature35°C,pH4.0,and time5min.The water contact angle of ABS swelled under the given conditions followed by slight etching at70°C for10min is29.36°,and the nickel coating plated electrolessly on it is even and smooth with an adhesion strength of1.02kN/m.
