摘要
电磁导航支气管镜(electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy,ENB)是一种以电磁定位技术为基础的新型支气管镜技术,应用计算机断层成像(computed tomography,CT)三维重建和传感器定位技术,实时引导可转向的内镜探头到达肺周围病变部位,提高了可弯曲支气管镜对肺外周病变的诊断效率,具有良好的安全性。随着技术的不断完善,ENB有望成为肺外周结节诊断的最佳选择之一。
Electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy(ENB)is an image-based novel bronchoscopic technology.It employs3-dimensional reconstruction of computed tomography scan data and sensor location technology in order to guide a steerable endoscopic probe to peripheral lung nodules with good safety profile.With the continuous improvement of the technology,it is expected to be one of the best options for the diagnosis of pulmonary peripheral lesions.
