3M Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT纳米树脂修复中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损患牙的临床效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析3M Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT纳米树脂修复中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损患牙的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月至2015年6月于本院治疗的80例中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组患者采用3M Valux^(TM) Plus纳米树脂修复,观察组患者采用3M Filtek^(TM) Z350XT纳米树脂修复,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果修复后12个月,观察组患牙修复成功率显著高于对照组(93.12%︰75.64%,P<0.05),填充体脱落率显著低于对照组(3.12%︰10.90%,P<0.05)。修复后6、12个月,观察组患牙龈沟液量分别为(1.056±0.166)×10^(-5)g和(1.072±0.187)×10^(-5)g,对照组分别为(1.180±0.214)×10^(-5)g和(1.295±0.255)×10^(-5)g,组间比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。修复后12个月,观察组患牙边缘封闭率、表面粗糙率、色泽协调率分别为98.12%、3.12%、94.38%,对照组分别为89.74%、8.33%、85.90%,组间比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 3M Filtek^(TM)Z350 XT纳米树脂修复成功率高,脱落率低(粘合力强),对牙龈的刺激性小,边缘密合度高,色泽协调性好,更适合修复中、重度氟牙症楔状缺损。 Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of3M FiltekTM Z350XT for repairing moderate and severe dental fluorosis wedge-shaped defect.Method80cases of patients with moderate and severe dental fluorosis wedge-shaped defect were selected from July2013to June2015as the research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups,control group patients were repaired with3M ValuxTM Plus,observation group patients were repaired with3M FiltekTM Z350XT,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result12months after repair,the repair success rate and loss rate of observation group were93.12%and3.12%respectively,control group were75.64%and10.90%respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6and12months after repair,the gingival crevicular fluid volume of observation group respectively were(1.056±0.166)×10-5g and(1.072±0.187)×10-5g,control group were(1.180±0.214)×10-5g and(1.295±0.255)×10-5g respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).12months after repair,the edge sealing rate,the rough surface rate and the color coordination rate of observation group were98.12%,3.12%and94.38%respectively,control group were89.74%,8.33%and85.90%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It has higher repair success rate,lower loss rate(strong adhesive force),small gum irritation,higher marginal fit and better color coordination by3M FiltekTM Z350XT for repairing moderate and severe dental fluorosis wedge-shaped defect,and has more suitable.
