康复训练联合功能性电刺激治疗脑卒中后足下垂的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察康复训练联合功能性电刺激治疗脑卒中所致足下垂的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月于本院治疗的132例脑卒中所致足下垂患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组患者行常规康复训练,观察组患者行康复训练联合功能性电刺激,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为90.91%,对照组为71.21%,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、登梯测验时间及10米最快步行速度分别为(33.48±4.92)分、(41.39±6.22)分、(18.35±3.82)秒、(58.12±9.41)m/min,对照组分别为(29.35±5.40)分、(36.95±6.80)分、(22.34±3.95)秒、(51.03±10.22)m/min,组间比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合功能性电刺激对脑卒中足下垂具有更好的临床疗效,可显著改善患者的下肢运动功能、平衡功能及步行功能。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation training combined with functional electrical stimulation in the treatment of foot drop caused by stroke.Method132cases of patients with foot drop caused by stroke were selected form January2015to January2017as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,control group with routine rehabilitation training treatment,observation group with rehabilitation training and functional electrical stimulation treatment.The clinical efficacy and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was90.91%,control group was71.21%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of FMA and BBS,Step Test time and10mMWS of observation group respectively were(33.48±4.92)points,(41.39±6.22)points,(18.35±3.82)s,(58.12±9.41)m/min,the control group,respectively were(29.35±5.40)points,(36.95±6.80)points,(22.34±3.95)s,(51.03±10.22)m/min,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with functional electrical stimulation can significantly improve clinical curative effect in patients with foot drop caused by stroke,and can significantly improve patients with lower limb motor function,balance function and walking function.
