长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病240例的疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and safety of long pulsed alexandrite laser therapy in 240 cases of facial seborrheic keratosis

目的观察长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病(SK)的疗效和安全性。方法选择我院收治的面部SK患者240例,共639个皮损,所有患者均使用长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗,根据皮损的性质和部位以及皮肤组织对激光的反应,选择能量密度为30~40 J/cm^2,观察所有患者的治疗效果。结果 240例面部SK患者治疗1次的患者165例,2次者75例;1次与2次治疗的治疗总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。面部SK患者的皮损越薄,治疗次数越少,疗效评分越高;颜色越深,治疗次数越少,疗效评分越高;所有患者治疗后均未遗留瘢痕。结论带有动态冷却系统的长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗面部SK安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of long pulsed alexandrite laser therapy on facial seborrheic keratosis(SK).Methods A total of240cases of facial seborrheic keratosis patients(639skin lesions)were treated with the long pulsed755nm alexandrite laser.The30-40J/cm2energy density was chosen according to the nature and location of lesion character and position and tissue response.The therapeutic effect of all patients were observed.Results Of the240cases of facial SK,165case of patients treated1time,and75patients with2times;the total effective rate of the1and2times treatment was significantly different(P<0.05).The thinner skin lesions in patients with facial SK,the fewer the time of treatment,the higher efficacy score;the deeper the color,the fewer the time of treatments,the higher efficacy score.All patients had no scar left after treatment.Conclusion Long pulsed alexandrite laser is effective and safe in the treatment of facial SK.
