小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children

目的观察小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2017年1月收治的重症肺炎患儿132例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各66例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上给予小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果。结果研究组患儿的总有效率为96.97%,明显高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);研究组患儿临床症状(呼吸、心率、发热及发绀)缓解时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗小儿重症肺炎临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods A total of132children with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital from May2016to January2017were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with66cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was96.97%,which was higher than77.27%of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms(breathing,heart rate,fever and cyanosis)remission time and hospital stays of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children has remarkable clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
