子宫肌瘤切除患者采取综合护理对其不良情绪与生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with uterine myoma resection

目的探讨综合护理对子宫肌瘤切除患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选择本院妇科近5年收治的50例子宫肌瘤患者,采取综合护理干预,对患者护理前、后不良情绪和生活质量的变化进行观察比较。结果护理后患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且SF-36总分、Barthel指数均高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理可有效改善子宫肌瘤切除患者的不良情绪,提高其生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the negative emotion and quality of life in patients with uterine myoma resection.Methods Fifty patients with uterine myoma resection in our hospital in the past5years were selected.All the patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of negative emotion and quality of life were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SF-36and Barthel were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the negative emotion of patients with uterine myomaresection,improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
