摘要
文章分析了G3镍基合金油管的生产制造特点,确定了油管加工制造过程中的重点、难点,合理制定了监造方案,配备了监造人员。通过5点监造法的应用,成功完成了监造任务,积累了非API油井管监造的经验。
After analyzing the manufacturing characteristics of G3nickel-based alloy tubing,this paper points out the key points and difficulties in manufacturing tubing.Accordingly,propermanufacturing supervision plan is made with reasonable supervising personnel included.Theapplication of a5-point supervision method gathered experience for supervising the non-API OilCountry Tubular Goods(OCTG).
