调Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光联合重组人干扰素ɑ-2b乳膏治疗面部扁平疣疗效分析 被引量:9

Observation on the Efficacy of Q-switch 532nm Nd:YAG Laser Combined with Recombination Human Interferon α-2b Cream for Facial Verruca Plana

摘要 目的:观察调Q激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将125例面部扁平疣患者随机分为三组。观察组:42例,应用调Q开关532nm激光治疗,同时外用重组人干扰素ɑ-2b乳膏每天3次,共治疗8周;对照A组:43例,外用重组人干扰素ɑ-2b乳膏每天3次,同时每晚外用1%维A酸乳膏,共治疗8周;对照B组:40例,仅外用重组人干扰素ɑ-2b乳膏每天3次,共治疗8周。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组均无明显不良反应,观察组复发率低于两对照组。结论:调Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光联合重组人干扰素ɑ-2b乳膏治疗面部扁平疣疗效好,不良反应少,复发率低。 Objective To observe the efficiency and safety of combination Q-switch532nm Nd:YAG laser with recombination human interferonα-2b cream for patients with facial verruca plana.Methods125patients with facial verruca plana were divided into three group randomly.The42patients in observation group treated with Q-switched532nm Nd:YAG Laser,and recombinant interferonα-2b cream was used topically3times a day,totally for8weeks.The control group A treated with the cream and0.1%all-trans retinoic acids cream every night and control group B only treated with recombinant interferonα-2b cream.Results The effect of observation group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.No distinct side effects were observed in the three groups.The rate of recurrence was much lower in the observation group than that in the controls.Conclusion Treating facial verruca plana combined Q-switched532nm Nd:YAG Laser with recombinant human interferonα-2b cream is effective and safe.And it has lower recurrence.
