摘要
目的:探讨普奈洛尔抑制瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞生长的机制。方法:选择本院瘢痕疙瘩患者病理组织,分离培养,获取成纤维细胞,并分别于含有普萘洛尔的培养基(实验组)和单纯培养基(对照组)中进行培养,应用CCK-8法检测两组瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞生长曲线,酶标仪检测450~630nm的吸光度值。结果:实验组瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞生长能力明显受到抑制,且吸光度值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普萘洛尔可明显抑制瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的生长,为整形外科中瘢痕疙瘩的预防及治疗提供了新方向。
Objective To investigate the effect of propranolol on the growth mechanism of keloid fibroblasts.Methods The pathological tissues of keloid patients were selected and cultured in the medium containing propranolol(the experimental group)and simple medium(the control group).The growth curve of two groups of keloid fibroblasts was detected by CCK-8,and the absorbance values of450-630nm was detected by Microplate reader.Results The growth ability of keloid fibroblasts in the experimental group was significantly inhibited,and the absorbance value was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Propranolol can significantly inhibit the growth of keloid fibroblasts,and provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of keloid in plastic surgery.
