摘要
当今时代,工匠精神体现的是一种价值观和使命感,是对产品和技术的敬畏,以及把事情做好的信念和决心。职业精神涵盖了工匠精神的核心与内涵,是工匠精神的载体和现实体现。可以细分为职业价值观、职业责任感、职业道德观、职业发展观和职业创造性等五个方面。我国的职业教育,应从工匠精神的制度保障、社会文化环境、职业教育体系重构、校园文化、师资素质、创新培养等几方面入手,将工匠精神的培育融入与贯穿到职业教育人才培养的全过程。
Today,artisan spirit embodies a sense of values and mission,it,s a reverence of products and technologies,and the belief and determination to do things well.Occupation spirit covers the core and connotation of artisan spirit,and it is the carri-er and reality embodiment of artisan spirit.Occupation spirit can be divided into five aspects:vocational values,sense of pro-fessional responsibility,professional ethics,career development view and professional creativity,etc.Vocational education in China should be taken from the artisan spirit system guarantee,social cultural environment,vocational education system recon-struction,campus culture,teachers’quality and innovation training to cultivate the artisan spirit into and throughout the whole process of vocational education talents training.
