基于GB/T19001标准的职业院校现代学徒制教学运行机制研究

摘要 在前期文献研究的基础上,引入GB/T19001标准设计调查问卷,并以职业院校学生为调查对象开展大样本量的实证调查研究;同时站在职校生的视角概括总结当前职业院校现代学徒制的四个主要特点,即关注度高、质量认可度高、对学生就业有帮助、是一种持续改进的教育教学服务制度;最后围绕服务为先、质量为本、因地制宜、持续改进等四项现代学徒制教学运行基本原则,进一步探讨基于GB/T19001标准构建服务保障型的职业院校现代学徒制教学运行机制。 The current problems of modern apprenticeship pattern include being late to be starter, imperfect rules and regulations, and no guarantee of teaching effect. In order to further improve the modern apprenticeship teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate teaching quality of modern apprenticeships based ont the mdern apprenticeship teaching quality evaluation system formed by the relevant schollars in higher vocational colleges.The paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weighing coefficient or each evaluation index, and the result shows that: the preparation and teaching process are the important factors that affect the quality of teaching , and the second factors are the effect and the management level of modern apprenticeship training mode. At the same time, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the modern appretice system in higher vovational colleges teaching quality evaluation is classified as "high quality" to further promote modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges.
