职业院校选择什么样的企业开展合作决定了现代学徒制的层次,职业院校如何选择合作企业则决定了现代学徒制的性质;职业院校选择现代学徒制合作企业需要立足于现代学徒制的中国特色,关注利益相关方的具体诉求;导则在讲求系统性的同时需兼顾激励性,对企业评价的重点是其职业教育意识与职业教育能力。

In the school-enterprise cooperation of apprenticeship,what the school will choose determines the level of relations,and how the school will choose determines the nature of apprenticeship.The selection of co-operative enterprises for the voca-tional school is based on Chinese Characteristic of modern apprenticeship,as well as the concrete demands of stakeholders con-cerned.The guidelines should be systematic and incentive,the consciousness and ability to vocational education would be the key points when evaluating the enterprises.
