基于教育生态学的技艺复合型人才培养刍议

Discussion on the Cultivation of Technology and Artistry under Educational Ecology Perspective

在辨析了高职教育中技术与艺术复合的重要性的基础上,引入教育生态学理念,对技艺复合下教育生态系统中的关键影响因子进行了与教育生态相应的有关特性、价值及功能等内容的解读。对技艺复合型人才的培养方向、课程体系、保障体制及评价机制等方面进行了扼要阐述。由此,构建出区别于古代技艺教育的、符合现代教育理念的技艺复合型人才培养雏形,以期能为高职教育人才培养的创新提供一些有益的思考。

On the basis of analyzing the importance of compounding of technology and art in Higher Vocational Education,the paper introduces the concept of Educational Ecology,and interprets the key impact factors of the composite educational ecology system including ecological characteristics,value and function.The training direction,curriculum system,security system and evaluation mechanism of talents training are also briefly described in this paper to provide some ideas for constructing a different compound talents training prototype from the ancient art education,which is in line with the modern educational concept.
