阿托伐他汀对慢性肾脏病患者肾保护作用的临床研究

Clinical study of atorvastatin on renal protective effects in chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对慢性肾脏病患者的肾保护作用。方法:选取慢性肾脏病患者78例为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予慢性肾脏病的常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg/次,晚上顿服,疗程均为24周。观察两组患者肾功能、血脂、炎性指标及药物不良反应。结果:两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C均较本组治疗前下降,Ccr、HDL-C较本组治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组改善幅度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾脏病安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of atorvastatin on chronic kidney disease.Method A total of78patients with chronic kidney disease were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.39cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of chronic kidney disease.The observation group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets20mg qn on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was24weeks.The Renal function、blood lipids、inflammatory markers and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results The levels of urinary protein,SCr,CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.Ccr,HDL-C increased compared with those groups before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment with atorvastatin in chronic kidney disease is safe and effective.
