可调节固定式减振限位器结构研究与应用

摘要 飞行器在垂直热发射同心筒内贮存、运输过程中,减振限位器起到固定、支承、平衡飞行器及发射导向的作用。减振限位器必须具有较好的减振性能、力学强度和良好的成型工艺性。由于舰载同心筒发射要求发射过程中不能有抛出物,因此采用固定式减振限位器,即减振限位器固定在发射筒内壁面不随飞行器运动实现分离。同时提出可调节设计思路,通过改变自身尺寸来适应发射筒尺寸,降低发射筒加工精度及成本。可调节固定式止动减振器主要从结构方案、材料性能、动力学分析及试验等多方面开展设计。该结构可适用于不同尺寸的发射筒内壁,实现飞行器在发射筒内的导向、支撑固定、减振及发射分离等多种功能外,实现了发射过程中抛撒物的有效控制,降低了发射筒生产成本,其技术成果可直接应用于舰载、陆基等多种筒式发射系统中,具有广泛应用价值。 When the aircraft is stored and transported in a concentric cylinder with vertical heat emission,the limiter absorber is used to fix,support,balance the aircraft and launch guidance.The limiter absorber must have good damping performance,mechanical strength and molding process.The launching of ship-based concentric canister requires that there is no projectile during launch.So,we use the fixed limiter absorber,which is fixed on the inner surface of the launcher and does not separate with the movement of the aircraft.We propose adjustable design ideas,the limiter absorber adapt the size of the launcher by changing its size to reduce the accuracy and cost of launcher.We design the new limiter absorber from the aspects of structural scheme,material properties,dynamic analysis and test,etc.The new limiter absorber is suitable for the inner surface of the launcher with different sizes.It is not only to make the aircraft realize the functions of guidance,supporting and fixing,vibration damping,separating in the launcher.But also can control the superfluities and reduce the production costs.This technology can be applied to the various launching systems of ship-based and land-based,which have widely application value.
