摘要 长征7号、长征5号运载火箭采用煤油/液氧、液氢/液氧等清洁能源作为推进剂,在环境保护、推力水平等方面得到长足的进步,对新型燃料火箭的发展提出了低温管路振动试验的需求。为了液氧/液氢温区管路振动试验的实现,需要对振动设备进行低温防护。从隔热装置、连接装置、防护装置3个方面对常温振动设备进行改进,满足管路低温振动试验的要求。采用低温防护措施后,完成了上百根低温管路的振动试验,为型号研制做出巨大贡献。振动系统的低温防护方法的成功经验可以为其它型号试验提供参考。 Using kerosene/oxygen and hydrogen/oxygen such as propellant in the launch vehicle of CZ-7&CZ-5has made great progress in environmental protection,thrust level and so on.The development of new launch vehicle has put forward the requirement of cryogenic pipeline vibration test.In order to realize the pipeline vibration test of liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen temperature,it is necessary to make cryogenic protection for vibration equipment.From three aspects of heat insulation device,connecting device and protective device,the normal vibration equipment is improved to meet the requirements of pipeline cryogenic vibration test.After the cryogenic protection measures,the vibration test of hundreds of cryogenic pipelines were completed,which made great contributions to the development of the launch vehicle.The successful experience of the cryogenic protection method of vibration system can provide reference for other tests.
