护理专案活动可提高肿瘤患者PICC规范维护率

Nursing Case of Improvement of Rate of Standardized PICC Maintenance in Patients with Tumor

目的:通过护理专案提高肿瘤患者PICC规范维护率。方法:通过人、机、料、环、法五个方面对肿瘤患者未规范PICC维护进行原因分析,结合工作实际,将改善目标设定为肿瘤患者PICC规范维护率88.4%以上。确定解决方法及执行过程,如建立资质准入制度,精减维护人员;加强出院随访,注重效果评价;扩展扬州地区PICC维护网络,培训PICC维护知识;设计观察、维护表单、严格质控;同质化维护步骤,评价效果。结果:由专案改善活动前的肿瘤患者PICC规范维护率58.76%提高到活动后的97.78%。结论:通过护理专案改善活动,发挥团队合作精神,可提高肿瘤患者PICC规范维护率。

Objective:To improve the rate of standardized PICC maintenance in patients with tumor through nursing case.Methods:The cause of non-standardized PICC maintenance in patients with tumor was analyzed through five aspects of people,machine,material,ring and method,in combination of working practice,the objective of improvement was set as standardized PICC maintenance rate of patients with tumor above88.4%.The solution and implementation were determined,such as:establishment of system of qualification access and reduction of maintainers,enhancement of post-discharge follow-up visit and stressing of effectiveness evaluation,extension of PICC maintenance network in Yangzhou area and training of PICC maintenance knowledge,designed observation,maintained form and strict quality control,homogenized maintenance steps and evaluating the effectiveness.Results:The PICC standardized maintenance rate of patients with tumor before the improvement was elevated from58.76%to97.85%after the improvement.Conclusion:The PICC standardized maintenance rate of patients with tumor can be improved through nursing case activity and teamwork spirit.
