摘要
目的评价密度梯度离心(DGC)法、上游法及DGC结合上游法处理精液对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的临床效果。方法以解放军第101医院生殖医学中心2013年12月至2016年3月206个IVF-ET治疗周期的患者为研究对象,其中104个周期采用DGC法处理精液,30个周期采用上游法处理精子,72个周期采用DGC法结合上游法处理精子,比较3种精液优化处理方法的受精率、优质胚胎率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率。结果 DGC结合上游法的受精率显著高于单独DGC法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高于上游法,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种精液处理方法的优质胚胎率、胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单独DGC法或上游法比较,DGC结合上游法有助于提高受精率,值得在IVF-ET治疗中应用。
Objective To compare the efficacy of density gradient centrifugation(DGC),swim?up,combination of DGC and swim?up semen preparation techniques on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF?ET).Methods Patients of206IVF?ET treatment cycles in the Reproductive Medicine Center of PLA101st Hospital from December2013to March2016were studied,206cycles were devided into three groups for DGC group(104cycles),swim?up group(30cycles),DGC and swim?up group(72cycles).The fertilization rate,high?quality embryo rate,embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of three groups were compared.Results The fertilization rate was significantly higher in the combination of DGC and swim?up group than that in the DGC group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and higher than that in swim?up group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the high?quality embryo rate,embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were no significant differences in the all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of DGC and swim?up method improves the fertilization rate compared with separate DGC or swim?up method.It is worth popularization and application in IVF?ET treatment.
