摘要
以某MPV车型底盘零部件的疲劳可靠性为研究对象,针对该零部件在试验场强化路面的载荷谱数据,应用雨流计数法获得其载荷分布矩阵。根据线性损伤原理,反推该零部件在台架上实现等疲劳损伤时的加载幅值和循环次数,从而得到与试验场相关的台架耐久试验规范。试验结果表明:该规范能够快速精准地再现零部件试验场试验故障,缩短试验周期,节省开发费用。
The fatigue reliability of chassis component on a MPV was selected as the research object,aiming at the data that were tested on the enhancement roads of proving ground,the rain-flow counting method was used to obtain the load distribution matrixes.According to the linear damage rules,the amplitudes and cycles which have the equivalent damage with the proving ground data were recalculated,thus the reliability test specifications of proving ground were obtained.The test results indicate that the specification can reproduce the failure of proving ground test quickly and accurately,shorten the test cycles,and reduce the test cost.
