摘要
良好的零件设计会给车身钣金零件带来较好的刚度,在满足零件使用功能的同时给客户带来较好的驾驶体验。备胎盆作为车身的主要零件,在承载备胎的同时,在总装安装内饰的过程中还要承受工人的踩踏。如备胎盆刚度不足,将在工人踩踏时产生失稳变形或在车辆使用过程中产生异响。文章通过实验与CAE对标确立了分析方法,通过竞品分析确定了屈曲极限力值。研究有效地解决了备胎盆屈曲问题,并对后续项目起到了一定的指导作用。
The good parts design will bring good rigidity to the body parts,and provide the customers with better driving experience while satisfying the function of the parts.As the main part of the body,the spare tire should bear the workers'stampedes while carrying the spare tire.If the stiffness of the spare tire is not enough,it will produce the instability deformation when the worker is trampled or the noise will be generated during the vehicle use.The analysis method was established by the experiment and CAE analysis,and the limit force of buckling was determined by the analysis of the competitions.The research has effectively solved the problem of the buckling of the spare tire part,and should do more effort in the following projects.
