摘要
为了不断提高车身外观品质,满足顾客需求,便携式关节臂三坐标测量机凭借其灵活应用的特点及不俗的精度,在行业中的应用越来越普及。文章基于对便携式三坐标测量机中"蛙跳"点坐标转移的方法进行分析,结合完成车解析中对于零件安装波动检证项目现状检证的不足,优化出新式检证方式,使零件安装波动检证数据更精确更便利。
This article is based on the portable three coordinate measuring machine in the"leapfrog"point coordinate transfer method is analyzed,combined with the complete analysis for the lack of car parts installation fluctuation inspection certificate project status inspection certificate,the new certificate of optimization,the installation of components inspection certificate fluctuation data is more accurate and more convenient.
