某轻卡膨胀水箱支架轻量化设计 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过进行目标设定、结构优化、有限元分析、试验验证,对某轻型卡车膨胀水箱支架开展了轻量化设计。在目标设定阶段,便明确了强度、模态为该支架的主要性能,并提出具体的设计目标。方案通过将支架断面从开口改进为封闭,大大提高了材料的利用率。有限元计算和试验验证结果证明,该支架的轻量化方案满足整车使用要求。最终,在满足使用要求前提下,该支架的轻量化设计实现了降重0.9kg,降幅53%的效果。 In this article,the lightweight design of one light truck expansion tank bracket was carried out by means of target setting,structure optimization,finite element analysis and test verification.At the target setting stage,the main performance of the bracket is defined,and the specific design targets are presented.The design improves the utilization rate of materials by improving the support section from open to block.The results of finite element analysis and test verification show that the lightweight design of the bracket fulfilled the requirements of vehicle using.Finally,under the premise of fulfilled the requirements,the lightweight design of the bracket achieved a reduction of 0.9kg,a 53%reduction.
