摘要 随着人类社会的发展,汽车已成为人们出行的必要工具,而随着汽车技术的不断发展,汽车在使用过程中,随着使用时间的延长或行驶里程的增加,其故障也会频繁出现,为了确定汽车在使用时技术状况良好,就要求我们对汽车的各项使用性能做检测。气缸压力是发动机一个十分重要的数据,对发动机性能影响极大,它几乎与发动机的绝大多数性能都密切相关。若气缸压力达不到要求,发动机的一切性能指标也都会达不到规范要求。气缸压力降低,会导致发动机动力性、经济性下降,引起机车行驶无力、油耗增加、启动困难等一系列故障。文章主要讲述气缸压力的形成原因、汽缸压力对发动机的影响、汽缸压力的检测步骤与注意事项,以及对检测后的汽缸压力进行分析与故障排除。 With the development of human society,vehicles have become an indispensable tool for people to travel,and with the continuous development of automobile technology,automobile in use process,longer duration of use or the increase of the range,its fault can also occur frequently,in order to determine when the car in the use of technology in good condition,requires that we use for vehicles of various performance tests.Engine cylinder pressure is a very important data,the influence on engine performance is great,it is almost as the vast majority of the engine performance are closely related.If engine cylinder pressure can not meet the requirements,all performance indicators will not meet specification require-ments.Cylinder pressure is reduced,to cause a decline in engine performance,fuel economy,cause the locomotive driving weakness,fuel consumption increase,start,difficulties and so on a series of failures.This article mainly tells about the formation reason of cylinder pressure,cylinder pressure influence on the engine,the cylinder pressure testing steps and matters needing attention,and analyze the test after the cylinder pressure and troubleshooting.
