基于GIS的深水集输管网适宜度计算

摘要 深水集输管网广泛应用于海洋石油工业,而海底管道施工具有难度大、技术要求高、工程风险性大等特点,因此需考虑经济性、可靠性和适应性三项评价指标,对深水集输管网进行适宜度综合计算及评价。基于GIS平台,建立了深水集输管网适宜度计算的OWA多准则评价方法,使用次序权重计算方法并结合应用实例,对管网适宜度指标的平面分布进行了计算。根据计算结果,分析了深水集输管网实例的适宜度分布,为深水集输管网的工程防护提供了依据。 Deepwater gathering and transportation pipeline network is widely used in the offshore oil industry,but submarine pipelines have characteristics such as high construction difficulty,high techni-cal requirements and huge project risk.Therefore,considering three indicators of economy,reliabili-ty and adaptability,the suitability of deepwater gathering and transportation pipeline network is com-prehensively calculated and evaluated.Based on the GIS platform,the OWA multiple-criteria assess-ment method for the suitability calculation of deepwater gathering and transportation network is estab-lished,and the calculation method of order weight is used and combined with cases to calculate the plane distribution of pipeline network suitability indicators.According to the calculation results,the suitability distribution of the case of the deepwater gathering and transportation pipeline network is ana-lyzed,which provides the basis for the engineering protection of deepwater gathering and transporta-tion pipeline network.
