适应不同开发模式的一体化集成装置的研发应用

摘要 根据油田气候、原油物性、地面建设等特点和不同开发方式,大庆油田积极研发推广一体化集成装置。研发应用了适合外围低渗透油田的单井拉油集成装置、油气混输一体化集成装置;适合三次采油的碱分散一体化集成装置、聚合物分散一体化集成装置、一泵多井聚合物注入一体化集成装置;针对天然气处理工艺特点,研发了乙二醇再生一体化集成装置,进一步拓宽了一体化集成装置应用范围。通过应用一体化集成装置优化工艺,简化地面设施、缩短工期,实现工厂化预制、模块化建站,减少了建设投资,满足了高效、快速开展油田建设的需要,提高了油田的建设水平。 According to the oilfield climate,the physical property of crude oil,surface construction characteristics and different development methods,Daqing Oilfield develops and popularizes the inte-grated device positively.The following integrated devices has been developed and applied:the single-well oil transportation integrated device and the oil-gas mix transportation integrated device that suitable for peripheral low permeable oilfields,the alkali dispersing integrated device,the polymer dispersing integrated device which are fit for ASP production,the polymer injection integrated device with one pump and multi wells.According to features of the natural gas treatment process,the glycol regenera-tion integrated device is developed,which further expands the application range of integrated devices.Through applying integrated devices,optimizing the process,simplifying surface facilities,shortening the construction period,prefabricating in the factory and building plant in modularization mode have been realized,which reduce the construction investment,meet the requirement of efficient and fast oilfield construction,and enhance the level of oilfield construction level.
