摘要 飞机部件对接采用传统专用刚性型架,其成本高,精度和效率低。大型客机机身部件尺寸大、精度要求高,采用数字化自动定位技术能够完成飞机部件的精确定位,可大幅提高飞机部件装配质量和效率,减少制造成本。介绍了数字化自动定位技术的实施过程,并详细阐述了C919前机身部件数字化自动定位技术应用过程,对国内飞机大部件数字化自动对接装配具有重要参考和借鉴意义。 It is costly,inefficiency and low accurate using traditional rigid assembly tooling for aircraft parts joining.Airliner parts have large structure with high assembling accuracy.Using digital automatic locating technology can completethe accurate locating of aircraft parts,improving the quality and efficiency of aircraft parts assembly with lower manufacturecost.This paper introduces the implement process of digital automatic locating technology and elaborates applicationprocess of digital automatic locating technology for forward fuselage of C919in detail,which has an important referencevalue for the digital automatic docking assembly of large aircraft parts.
