摘要
农村教师流失制约着农村教育的发展。其原因除了外在的物质待遇得不到满足之外,社会价值理念下的人生价值评判、成功价值评判等也成为农村教师流失的潜在因素。在农村教师的待遇越来越趋于合理的前提下,还要从社会价值层面进行引导,如师范生的培养要融入正确人生价值理念的教育;社会各界要着手营造良好的社会价值氛围;要对影响农村教师的价值判断的周边群体(村民)、重要他人(家人、同事)进行优良的价值思想教育等方面加强引导。
Rural teachers’drain,a major hurdle to the development of rural education,mainly results from dissatisfaction of material treatment and conceptions of social value like the value of life and success.This paper suggests that it is vital to devote efforts from the perspective of social value to enhance the education of normal students’view of life,create a favorable atmosphere for social orientation to values,train peripheral groups’(villagers)positive value ideology,and foster important others’(family members and colleagues)education in the value judgment of rural teachers.
