“媒介敏感性”与本科高校传媒人才的培养

摘要 具备良好"媒介敏感性"的学生能将所学的传媒相关知识与技能进行整合运用,以应对各种产业的传播需求,这是本科传媒教育应用型人才培养的重中之重。媒介敏感性的培养难以用传统的课程与考核方式达成,而必须以特定载体为对象进行实际操作,让知识、技能与直觉在实施过程中产生动态性的相互链接,并透过试错与调整逐渐强化。龙岩学院广电才艺秀为媒介敏感性的锻炼提供了良好的载体。 The students who have better media sensitivity can synthesize,transform and deploy what they had learned to meet various communicational requirements in various kinds of industries.As a result,the media sensitivity constituted by the synthesis of knowledge and skills is critical for the application-oriented college students.Nevertheless,it is very difficult for the traditional mode of education to cultivate this kind of sensitivity by focusing primarily on lecturing and examination.Instead,this synthesized capability should be cultivated in the mission-oriented practices.Through the transformative practices of"mediatization",the Talent Show in the Radio and Broadcasting Department of Longyan University has provided an ideal platform for the students to exercise and strengthen their"knowledge-skills-experience-intuition"synthesis.Also,this mediatized Talent Show provides us with a case for further discussions on possible strategies for cultivating application-oriented college students in the future.
