供给侧改革视角下海东市经济发展研究

Research on the Economic Development of Haidong City from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

随着经济发展,供给侧改革已成为中国推进经济持续、稳定、健康发展的重要手段。本文以海东市为研究对象,阐述了青海省海东市经济发展现状,首先在供给侧改革视角下海东市经济系统中社会发展、居民生活水平以及自然资源使用率方面分析,其次对海东市2000-2015年经济发展进行动态分析,然后运用因子分析方法给予分析评价,最后根据现有状况提出海东市经济发展的对策建议。结果表明,青海省海东市经济发展的影响因素有以下几点:(1)各县域之间发展不平衡;(2)信息化基础建设薄弱。解决问题对策有:(1)因地制宜,特色发展;(2)增加科技投入等。

With economic development,supply-side reform has become an important means for China to promote sustained,stable and healthy economic development.This article takes Haidong City as the research object,elaborates the present situation of economic development in Haidong City,Qinghai Province.Firstly,it analyzes the social development,living standard and utilization rate of natural resources in the economic system of Haidong under the perspective of supply-side reform.Secondly,it makes dynamic analysis to the2000-2015economic development,and then uses the method of factor analysis to give the analysis and evaluation,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the current situation of Haidong City.The results show that the factors influing the economic development in Haidong City,Qinghai Province are the following:②the unbalanced development among counties;①weak informatization infrastructure.Countermeasures to solve the problem indude:②characteristic development according to local conditions;①to increase investment in science and technology.
