特色小镇商业街区的空间形态研究——以庄河兰店乡集镇规划设计为例

Study on the Spatial Form of Commercial Block in Characteristic Towns:Take Zhuanghe Landian Town Jizhen Planning Design as an Example

为了更好的推进国家发展特色小镇的政策背景,本文结合创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念,基于全国大力发展特色小镇规划大背景,积极推进小城镇建设发展。本文以大连庄河兰店乡集镇的规划设计为例,依据北方城镇发展特色,基于新城市主义理论,把商业街区的空间形态和发展模式作为研究重点,完善兰店乡集镇的基础设施配套,高效的促进集镇的产业发展和人们经济生活水平的提高,提出一个适合集镇发展的空间形态和发展模式。

In order to promote the policy of the development of characteristic towns in China,combining with the concept of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and shared development,this paper actively promotes the construction and development of small towns based on the background of vigorously developing the planning of characteristic towns.Taking the planning and design of the town of Zhuanghe Landian Town Jizhen in Dalian as an example,based on the development features of the northern towns and cities and the new urbanism theory,the spatial patterns and development patterns of commercial blocks is taken as the research priorities to improve the infrastructure facilities of Landian Town Jizhen and efficiently promote the industrial development of the town and people's living standards improve.This paper puts forward a suitable spatial pattern and development model for Jizhen.
